Dassi is a big advocate for investing in real estate - rentals or fix-n-flips. In 2022, she partnered with her cousin and created Anchor Bay Management. This is a property management company that enables people to invest in real estate while being hands-off and having the confidence that their property is being taken care of. Dassi believes real estate is a great tool to build wealth. In 2022, Lazar Real Estate was born. A Maryland brokerage company built on ethnicity and love of real estate.
